Brisket is the first thing people think of when it comes to Central Texas BBQ and was the driving reason behind our famous Brisket Lab. However after 25 classes we have decided to expand to cover the other amazing elements that make Central Texas BBQ so amazing.


In addition to covering brisket in more detail than you thought possible we will talk: beef ribs, pork ribs, pork butts, hand made Sausages (by Smokey Savs BBQ), sides and keys such as fire management on an offset, finishing up with a Texas style platter.
