Foil
Tallow or Butter (we sell 1L for $20)
Beef Ribs ⬇️
Your beef will already be wrapped in foil, add a extra fresh layer. Open up and add a few tablespoons of butter or tallow. Re-wrap with 2 layers of foil. Heat at 140c for 60-90 minutes until internally temp of 65-70c.
