Some beautiful steak fell off a truck and into the cool room today, so we decided to roll a fun menu. Three types of steak, all brined, smoked and seared. Plus Wagyu Brisket, tons of chips and some Caaawwwnnnbread.

📍Tips:
1. BYO camp chair and esky. We are only allowed 20 seats from the city, but heaps of space around the shop. You'll be way more comfortable in line sitting with a drink in hand as you wait.
2. Every order is packed take away by default, but BBQ is always best eaten fresh. Stay and tail gate!
3. Fridays are faster. Maybe 20-30 minutes wait in line when we open. Fastest is towards the end of the pickup window.
4. We have Live Music 🎶
5. There are no cancellations. Make sure you can attend in the pickup time.
6. No walkup Orders. Till Extras with a Pre Order item only.
