Tools you need:
Digital Probe
Foil
Tallow or Butter (we sell 1L for $28 in store)
Brisket ⬇️
Take your chilled, cooked Brisket and unwrap the Butchers paper. Add 3 tablespoons of butter or beef Tallow to the underside of the Brisket.
Wrap it in 3 layers of fresh foil tightly, making sure no gaps. This is to keep your fan forced oven from drying it out.
Heat at 130c for 90-100 minutes until reaching an internal temp of 65c.
